How far in advance should I schedule my move?We recommend scheduling your move at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. The latest we can accommodate last-minute bookings is 48 hours prior to the move, subject to availability.

How much will my move cost?The cost of your move depends on several factors, including: The distance of your move The size of your home or office The number of items to be moved Whether packing services are required Special handling needs (example: pianos, antiques) We provide free, customized quotes based on the details of your move. Do I need to be present during the move?While it is not mandatory for you to be present for the entire move, we recommend being there at the beginning to confirm your inventory and at the end to verify that everything has been delivered and placed as you want.

What items are movers not allowed to transport?For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport the following: Hazardous materials (example: gasoline, propane, chemicals, refuse) Firearms and ammunition Perishable food items We also advise that you transport personal valuables like jewelry, cash, and important documents yourself.

Do you offer packing services?Yes, we offer professional packing services. Our team can securely pack your belongings to ensure safe transportation. We use high-quality packing materials and techniques to protect your items.

What if some of my belongings get damaged during the move?In the event that an item is damaged during the move, we offer basic liability coverage, which compensates at $0.60 per pound per article. For higher-value items, we recommend purchasing additional valuation and/or full-value protection insurance through a 3rd party.

Will your movers disassemble and reassemble furniture?Yes, our team can disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed during the move. Please let us know in advance which items will require this service.

Do you offer unpacking services?No, we currently do not offer unpacking services. However, we provide full packing services to make the preparation process easier.

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a fee.

Are your movers insured and background-checked?Yes, all of our movers are insured and go through a background check to help ensure the safety and security of your belongings.

Do you provide moving supplies?Yes! We provide a full range of moving supplies, including boxes, tape, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, packing paper, mattress bags, and more—all included in our hourly rates at no extra cost. You only pay for our time. Just let us know what needs packing, and we’ll handle the rest!
